[MSGP] Regional Qualifier - Hokkaido Region

Now it is time for the Hokkaido Region. Being the largest prefecture, they only have two teams coming out from the Qualifiers.

This team got a pretty easy road to the finals of the qualifiers and into the playoffs. Their opponents in the finals missed shots and couldn't position for their Avalon SS which the comp was built around. In the semis, they were up against two OWL monsters from their opponents. In a time attack scenario, two non-Lock on OWL is pretty much the slowest you can get. Finals, they got pretty wrecked. Didn't get why they started with two bounce monsters on the Water Tokaigi stage even though you can switch positions of your monsters.

This team was better than the opponents that they faced in the quarters and semis which got them the spot. However, they didn't show anything that will make them go past the Round of 16 during the playoffs.

A really solid team in my opinion. They placed 3rd in their Time Attack without using a Knockout which is pretty fast considering it would have shave off 30-40 seconds. They did get lucky with the hourglass in the Quarters in order to have Avalon's SS up for the final boss. Other than that, a very strong team.

In terms of their overall strength, they are in the middle of the pack team that can surprise people. It really depends on who they face during the playoffs.

The Summary

So we have 1 good team and 1 really mediocre team. MONST-PLANET will most likely get knocked off in the first round and FUNNYストライカーズ really depends on their opponents.
