This week I'll be counting down my favorite of the 3 lineups in the NA 2nd Anniversary Hatcher. Wait! There are only 3 lineups! Yeah, well this week is going to be a special kind of ranking with 3 spots!

For people, I did not vote on any of the 3 lineups nor did I really talked about them in depth. I'm doing it now since the voting is all over. Even so, who knows if the fake accounts lurking in Pete's and iMack's lineup will be counted.

This week I'll be listing 5 dungeons that requires less of the monsters you use but the skill of the player. A lot of dungeons are easily beaten with the OPs of the game.... but not these ones!

First off, I had to say sorry for no Top 5 Wednesday last week. I was pretty busy, especially with the Legend of Jack Guide.

Anyways, here is a new week so a new Top 5! A few weeks ago, I talked about overshadowed monsters. This week, I am going to talk about monsters that just forgotten! I am going to limit to 5-6* Hatcher monsters. The sad part is that these monsters don't even get mentioned when people list off the most useless monsters.

What really surprises me about Monster Strike and what makes this game so deep is all the different ways they make dungeons. With different dungeons come different strategies and different viable monsters.

This week, I'll be listing the 5 monsters that got brought back from obscurity as a top viable pick for a specific dungeon. To make it on the list, it has to be from just what the dungeon requires players to bring and not after the game buffing the monsters or giving them new forms.

[Top 5 Wednesdays] Monster Strike Grand Prix Power Rankings!

This weekend is XFLAG Park, Monster Strike developer's annual convention!

Of course being a place of lots of Monster Strike goodness, one of the main events is the Monster Strike Grand Prix! Prize money and pride on the line for 16 teams going at it!

Us viewers are able to predict on who will be number 1! There is a mission log in the JP version where you can predict your team. If your team gets #1, you will receive 50 orbs! If they are 2nd you will get 10 orbs and 5 orbs if they are in the top 4.

With the introduction of Version 7.0, there are a lot of cool ways to play Monster Strike. You will now have to think of ways to get that S Rank to get more medals or to compete for the fastest time.

This week's Top 5 will be my favorite functions in the game that were added onto Monster Strike (both NA and JP). I will exclude things like buffs, new forms, and the things in Version 7.0.

Eternity is in NA is an event where people are having trouble with. Whether it is being one-drop only, don't have the OP monsters for it or that Emerald Goldfish is not dropping, players are showing that gamer rage.

This week, I'll be listing the 5 events that cause my gamer rage to over 9000!!! I will exclude the Eternity event from the list but to be honest, it is not that bad for me. These are also the dungeons/events that I actually have to farm extensively to reach a goal other than for materials so playing Izanami X amount of times for Avalon materials won't make the cut.

Welcome to another week of Top 5 Wednesdays! Godzilla and Eva Collaboration is killing me right now!!

This week I'll be counting down the Top 5 drawings from Ogata Yuichi. Who is this person? Well he actually a designer/manga artist of XFLAG. He actually drew the early monsters of Monster Strike including those 4* and below mobs and the Smydras. He started doing drawings of monsters for about a month and he has done some incredible work! Here are my 5 favorite ones!

The new Top 5 for this week is to celebrate 100 million views on the Official JP MS Channel!

There are a lot of in-game stuff to celebrate this feat which you can check on the latest MS News.

I will be counting down my top 5 Videos in that channel. I will not include Monster Preview videos though since they aren't really that cool in my opinion. The monsters are cool but I want to have a few laughs!

[Top 5 Wednesdays] #5 - Anime That Monster Strike Will Never Collab With

Hey Strikers! It is time for a new Top 5!

This week I'll be counting down Anime Collaborations! Monster Strike has done a few Collabs before with Anime like Saint Seiya, Evagelion and Parasyte, well the only 3 they have done. However this time we are counting down the ones that they will NEVER COLLAB WITH. Not because it has been confirmed or anything but it will be stupid of them to do.

Note that I am not the biggest Anime fan out there so the list will probably be about ones that I sort of know or have watched. So bye bye to any Shoujo and new anime out there! Also Pokemon will not be in the list because it is pretty obvious that that will never happen. Finally I won't include Anime based off of Games like Idolmaster, Puzzles and Dragons, and Divine Gate.

Since NA finished off their first month of Tower in June and JP is adding the Skip Function (check the Reddit post) for August, I'll be doing a countdown of the Floors that are the Dark Horses in terms of difficulty.

Of course there are the common culprits of 22F, 23F and such but there are some floors that are just as worst if you are not careful.

Do you know that there is an actual category in the game for gender? There are of course Males and Females but there is one more category of Neutal for monsters with multiple people (Daikoku).

This week we will feature monsters that confused you with their gender in the game. I don't mean monsters that were genderbend like Napoleon. I mean monsters that you thought were a female but it was actually male or vice versa.

Quick summary of what it is about: a Top 5 list of MS related content that is not really about who is the best in the game or for a specific dungeon. It is about more obscure topics to get you more immerse with the culture of Monster Strike.

This week is going to be about the NA Development Team: Pete, iMacK, Dash and Agent K. Their Let's Plays recently came back from the dead and even Dash and iMacK started streaming on a weekly basis (https://www.mobcrush.com/dashmack). Therefore I think it is fit to show them some love!
